Light up your models with the Faller 163753 pack of five orange SMD reflector LEDs, compact surface-mount diodes with powerful directional luminosity that, like real vehicle lamps, throw light outward rather than into the vehicle interior. Suitable for HO, N, TT, and Z scales, they are perfect for indicators and warning-light effects, illuminating funfair kits, and countless other lighting tasks around the layout.
Each LED in Faller 163753 uses the 0603 (PAS) format, corresponding to 1.6 x 0.8 mm (about 1/16 in.), making it small enough to hide inside the tightest spaces. SMD LEDs like these generate very little heat and offer a long service life, so once installed they keep shining reliably, and they must only be operated at the specified low voltage. These are finished electronic components rather than a model kit, so there is no assembly or glue required – simply wire them into a suitable low-voltage circuit.
