Preiser 16530 combines infantrymen and partisans of the Soviet Union for the 1942/43 period in HO scale (1:87), an Era II (1920s-1945) set that captures both regular Red Army troops and irregular fighters. This blend of uniformed soldiers and partisans is perfect for Eastern Front dioramas that tell a richer story, from village defense to guerilla actions behind the lines.
Item 16530 is supplied as a package of 12 unpainted plastic figures, molded in bare plastic so you can hand-paint the contrasting uniforms and civilian-style clothing of the two groups. The mix of infantry and partisans in 16530 offers unusual variety in a single pack, helping diorama builders create distinctive, historically grounded 1:87 scenes.
